Brand approvals
Pitching creators to the brand in Slack with audience, views, rate and usage rights, and agreeing rate ceilings and usage terms with the brand.

Onboarding
CreatorGrid invites and contracts, DeleteMe accounts and promo codes.
Briefs
Turning the brand's concepts into a brief for each creator (Notion cards for Viktor).
Creator comms
Emails to signed creators: questions, nudges for scripts and drafts, deadlines, codes and posting steps.
Review
Scripts in Google Docs, videos in Frame.io (Viktor) or Drive (DeleteMe), sent to the brand, feedback passed back, approvals marked on CreatorGrid.
Brand updates
Slack updates and asks to the brand on signed creators: finished videos, renewals and usage.
Payments
Checking invoices against approvals and the contract, approving on CreatorGrid, then flagging Angus in Slack to pay.
